Business pursuit with Brazilian Consortium. Delivery to over 100 sites worldwide. Key issues - protection of Intellectual Property utilizing non-exclusive, limited software license rights.  Met with Brazilian JV partners in Sao Paulo, Brazil to negotiate terms of the agreement.


$1.4B Demilitarization of Chemical-Agent Stockpile


CPAF systemization, operations, and maintenance contract. Initial award $308M, increased to $1.2B life-cycle resulting from increased scope, and schedule. Over 300 contract modification over 5 years. Annual preparation and negotiation of life-cycle cost proposals. Implemented a streamlined change management system for near real-time ACO approval.


$200M Advanced Weapon Program (Proprietary)


Prepared Best and Final Offer (BAFO) proposal resulting in successful award. Extensive procurement sourcing to maximize quality and cost. Significant savings through partial out-sourcing of fabricated materials and PWBs.
